2004: The First Award in the State Tadeusz Baird’s Young Composers Competition in Warsaw for Piano Quintet (2003) – this piece was performed during the ‘Warsaw Autumn 2007’.
2002: The Second Award in the International Composing Competition in Mikołów for Concerto for Organ, Kettle Drums and String Orchestra (2002).
2008: The Third Award in the State Zbigniew Herbert’s Composers Competition in Torun (under the patronage of the President of Poland Prof. Lech Kaczyński) for Interrogation of Angel for Baritone and Piano to the Lyrics by Zbigniew Herbert (2008).
2002: The Third Award in the State Students’ Composing Competition for Brass Chamber Ensemble at the Frederic Chopin University of Music in Warsaw for Little Suite for 2 Trumpets and 2 Trombones (2001) – this piece was performed during the ‘Warsaw Autumn 2004’.
2009: The First Distinction in the State Tadeusz Baird’s Young Composers Competition in Poznań for Summer Dreams for 14 Players and Tape (2008).
2002: Episodes for Tape were recommended as one of Polish works for the ‘World Music Days 2003’ (ISCM Festival) in Slovenia.
1990: The victory in the Regional Ear Training Competition (Zielona Gora, Poland).
